Mitch- Mitch has over 22 years experience in weight training, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, and cardiovascular exercise. "I have been with Kinetix Sports Club as a Personal Trainer now for over 5 years. I created an intense full body fitness class called (Body Blast) that incorporates free weights, calisthenics, plyometrics and interval cardio drills to blast calories and will reshape your body! I have experience working with all fitness levels and all age groups. I work alot with male and female Division I Athletes in order to get them conditioned for their sport. Those Division I Athletes went on to play Football for the University of Delaware, Field Hockey for Penn State and St. Joseph's University. I love getting all level Athletes ready for Football, Baseball, Field Hockey, Figure Skating and various other sports."

Adam- "If you always put a limit on everything you do, physical or mental, it will spread into your work and into your life in general. There are no limits, only plateaus and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them!" My experience not only as a Personal Trainer but also as a Boxer will help you reach your goals both physicall and mentally. My expertice as a Boxing Trainer, Boxer, Fitness Trainer and Soccer Coach along with my experience in Dieting, Weight Loss, Muscle building, toning and Cross Training will provide you with the tools you need to reach all your goals."
Denny -"My motto is "NO EXCUSES, NO LIMITS" and I try to live my life that way. Get rid of the excuses and ther is no limit to what you can achieve. Health and fitness is an important part of my life, as a matter of fact it has saved my life a few times. I have been very fortunate not only to overcome some adversity but to use it to take me further then I ever thought possible. I use this in my training. I share with you my intensity, motivation, and drive to keep you focused on your goals. Together we will reach those goals and if you work hard enough pass them. I will not fail you. It's up to you. If you want it, then let's go get it!
Lisa- "At the age of 49 and with the kids grown why not start on a new career path in doing something that I love to do-working out. After being a member of Kinetix Sports Club for over 13 years, I thought it was time for the next step, and became a Personal Trainer. There is no end to what a person can achieve. I never thought I would become a runner (Ran Broad Street twice and Penn Relay's 20k) and be able to bench press 120lbs and more, and now learn to climb the Rock Wall and belay members who want to use our Rock Wall. There is no end to what a person can or is able to do. You do not have to come in first it's all about getting out, trying and setting new goals in life."
Monique- Come and see me and I can be the start of something new and/or different for you! I believe philosophies change; as we do and what we hold dear, but one thing will never change, making a personal record (PR). That's where Kinetix Sports Club and I fit into your life. I have experience in MRI and Personal Training, I work with everyone from the physically challenged to the up and coming athletes; doing aerobics to spinning. I sweat it out on a daily basis with the moms and dads; to the seniors, in our Silver Sneakers program here at Kinetix Sports Club. I've been doing all this for 22 years...That's right; I am 46 years old myself; still fighting time and gravity, having fun doing it and proud of it. You and I can get together and make those healthy changes in your life style; ultimately leading to your very own Personal Records (PRs)!
Janet- "I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute and my training style is geared toward functional movements and muscle balance. Functional fitness training increases athletic ability and improves the quality of life for people of all ages. It is purposeful training that allows you to develop strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and balance. You will look better and feel better, because most of the actions in daily life involve rotation and are performed on a single leg (walking, running, ) it is important to develop functional strength that is applied to your everyday lifestyle. You don't come to the gym to sit around, so let's get up off the machines and start real training for real results!"
