SPINNING
Spinning is a 45 to 60 minute intense cardiovascular workout. Spinning classes are very individualized, which allows everyone, men and women, the ability to work out at their own fitness level. Each class is taught by one of our certified Spinning instructors. The instructor will lead you through a ride for your mind and body while building power, strength, and endurance. The bikes are designed to simulate the feel of riding a real road bike. Sign up today for your Spinning experience.
SPINNING SCHEDULE-Effective 1/1/12
**This calorie burning class is for Kinetix members of ALL levels (no jumps, no running). The class will focus on technique, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and intervals, for indoor cyclists and road cylclists.
*Intro to Spinning Classes will be announced* minimum of 6 to teach class-sign at Front Desk.

*Please sign in at the Front Desk the day before or the day of spin class.
*Kindly give 1 hour notice prior to spin if you need to cancel.
*If you are new to class and have not taken an intro to spin class, please come in at least 10 to 15 minutes before class starts to be properly fitted on a bike. Intro Class is highly recommended if you have never taken a spin class.
